കൊച്ചി: രാജ്യത്തെ ഏറ്റവും വലിയ ഓഹരി വിപണിയായ എന്സ്ഇയുടെ ഓഹരികളും ആദ്യമായി ഓഹരി വിപണിയിലേക്ക് ചുവടുവയ്ക്കാനൊരുങ്ങുന്നു.
ഐപിഒയിലൂടെയാണ് ഓഹരി വിപണിയിലേക്ക് എന്എസ്ഇ എത്തുക. ഐ.പി.ഒയുടെ നടപടിക്രമങ്ങള് സ്വീകരിക്കാനായി എന്എസ്ഇ ഡയറക്ടര് ബോര്ഡ് നാല് കമ്പനികളെ ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തി.
മോര്ഗന് സ്റ്റാന്ലി ഇന്ത്യ കമ്പനി പ്രൈവറ്റ് ലിമിറ്റഡ്, കോട്ടക് മഹീന്ദ്ര, ജെ.എം ഫിനാന്ഷ്യല്,സിറ്റി ഗ്രൂപ്പ് ഗ്ലോബല് മാര്ക്കറ്റ്സ് ഇന്ത്യ പ്രൈവറ്റ് ലിമിറ്റ്ഡ് എന്നിവയാണ് ഗ്ലോബല് കോര്ഡിനേറ്റര്മാര്.
നടപടിക്രമങ്ങള് പൂര്ത്തിയാക്കി എത്രയുംവേഗം ലിസ്റ്റിംഗ് നടത്തുകയാണ് ലക്ഷ്യമെന്ന് എന്.എസ്.ഇ വ്യക്തമാക്കി.എന്.എസ്.ഇയുടെ എതിരാളികളായ ബോംബെ സ്റ്റോക്ക് എക്ചേഞ്ചും (ബിഎസ്ഇ) ഐപിഒനടപടികള് സ്വീകരിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.
