Chokhani Global Express Limited was incorporated as a Public Limited company on 31st day of July, 1991 and the certificate of commencement of business was obtained on 25th day of October, 1991. The Company's immediate plan is to set up a high profile courier project for national and international courier business backed by a modern computer system. For International operations, the company would be using the vast available net work of overseas courier companies with tie up arrangements.

The main objects of the Company are set out in the Memorandum of Association of the Company and include inter alia the following :-

To establish and to carry on in India or in any part of the world, the National and International Courier business, and to hold and to deliver or arrange to deliver either by own arrangement or through the representatives or the agents the customers documents or any other articles or things from one place to another or from one city to another in India or in any part of the world.

The company has no subsidiary companies of present.

The project has been promoted by Mr Jagdish Chokhani who is also the main promoter of Chokhani International Limited, a listed company.
