read with Rule 7 of the Companies (Accounts) Rules,
2014, the provisions of the Act. The accounting pol¬
icies adopted in the preparation of financial state¬
ments have been consistently applied. All assets

and non-current classification of assets and liabili¬
ties.
The preparation of financial statements in conformi¬
ty with Accounting Standards requires the manage¬
ment to make judgments, estimates and assump¬
tions that affect the reported amounts, at the end
of the reporting period. Although these estimates
are based on the management''s best knowledge
of current events and actions, uncertainty about
these assumptions and estimates could result in
the outcomes requiring a material adjustment to
the carrying amounts of assets or liabilities in fu¬
ture periods. Difference between the actual result
and estimates are recognized in the period in which
they are known/ materialized.
All assets and liabilities are classified into current

within 12 months after the reporting date; or d) it is cash

changed or used to settle a liability for at least 12 months
after the reporting date.

equity shares that could have been issued upon con¬
version of all dilutive potential equity shares.

value of the outstanding shares. Dilutive potential
equity shares are deemed converted as of the be¬
ginning of the period, unless issued at a later date.
