Dewan Tyres Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

The Company was incorporated on 27th August 1983. The company manufactures & deals in tyre & other rubber goods, including synthetic rubber & raw materials, etc.

The company commenced production in March 1987 with an installed capacity of 5 lakhs tyres & 6 lakhs tubes. The company's products are already marketed under the brand name "USHA".

The companys turnover during the current year increased from Rs 15.72 crores to Rs 23.91 crores (annualised Rs. 19.12 crores). The company earned a profit of Rs. 14.40 lacs (annualised Rs 11.53 lacs) as against loss of Rs 43.61 lacs last year. Quality of the company's products has also improved.

-The Company appointed Mr Vivek Dewan as Managing Director of the Company.
