YEAR EVENTS
1993 - The Company was incorporated as a Public Limited Company on 13th
October, and received the certificate for commencement of
business on 14th October.

- The Company was incorporated with the object of carrying on the
business of telephone instruments, intercom, accessories, Basic
Telecom services (Automatic Branch Exchange) other services
notified by department of telecommunication. The Company is also
to take up business of radio communication equipments like
receiver transmitters, transceivers etc.

1996 - The company has launched collective strategies for improvement in
operation and marketing.

2000 - The Company has allotted 1,47,50,000 No. of equity shares of Rs.
10/- each at par on preferential basis to a selected Group of
Bodies Corporates/Individuals.

2003 - Delisting of shares from Delhi, Jaipur and Ahmedabad Stock Exchanges.

2007

-Esskay Telecom Ltd has appointed Mr. Amit Agarwal & Mr. Matadeen Agarwal as Additional Directors of the Company in the Board meeting.
