The company was incorporated on 22nd February 1989. The main object of the company is to manufacture television tubes for black and white and colour television set. It was promoted by Mukesh Agarwal and Anil Gupta.
The location of the company is in Malanpur Dist.Bhind in Madhya Pradesh.

By August 1990, major plant and machinery were installed and trial runs were started establishment of the glass shell sealing plant was also completed. Through Research and Development the company has been able to develop new product mix 12,' and 17' picture tubes. It has already received trial order for 12' picture tubes and the bulk order is also expected within a very short time . The export prospects are very
bright.
