Juniper Green Energy Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

Our Company was originally incorporated as “AT Capital Advisory India Private Limited” as a private limited company under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated December 5, 2011, issued by the Registrar of Companies, National Capital Territory of Delhi and Haryana at New Delhi. Subsequently, the name of our Company was changed to “Juniper Green Energy Private Limited”, pursuant to a Board resolution dated November 22, 2018 and a Shareholders’ resolution dated November 28, 2018 to reflect a shift in our focus towards streamlining of our business, and a fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Delhi and Haryana at New Delhi on December 8, 2018. Upon the conversion of our Company into a public limited company, pursuant to a Board resolution dated May 13, 2025 and a special resolution passed by the members of the Company in the extraordinary general meeting dated May 22, 2025, the name of our Company was changed to “Juniper Green Energy Limited”, and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated May 26, 2025 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre.

Major Events and Milestones:
2018
- Clauses III(A) and (B) of our Memorandum of Association was amended to reflect a shift in our focus towards streamlining of our business to renewable energy.

2018
- Won our first bid for a solar project in the state of Maharashtra with Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited under the MukhyaMantri Saur Krishi Vahini Yojana (MSKVY) scheme.
-The name of our Company was changed to from AT Capital Advisory India Private Limited to Juniper Green Energy Private Limited.

2019
- Expanded our presence to undertake and develop renewable energy plants in Gujarat, India with our first bid for a 120.00 MW solar project.

2020
- Fully commissioned our first solar project for 100.00 MW in Maharashtra, India.
- Commissioned our first solar project in the state of Gujarat ahead of its schedule.

2022
- Won our first wind energy project of 70.00MW with Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited.

2023
- Expanded our portfolio into complex renewable energy projects with an award of 320.00 MW FDRE project from SJVN Limited.

2024
- Our Company’s credit rating was upgraded to ICRA A+ (Stable).
- Commissioned our first 69.30 MW wind project 222 days ahead of its schedule.

2025
- Expanded our portfolio of projects to a Total Capacity of 7,898.45 MW (10,069.58 MWp) across 48 projects.
- Commissioned additional 103.01 MWp capacity at our solar power project in Karanja, Maharashtra, India.
- Executed a power purchase agreement with NHPC Limited for a 250 MW FDRE Project

2026
- Commissioned India’s first merchant BESS for 100.64 MWh capacity in Rajasthan, India. (Source: CRISIL Report)
