Micro Forge (India) Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

Micro Forge (India) Private Limited was incorporated on 17th
February, 1988, in the State of Gujarat. Subsequently, the
Company has been converted info a Public Limited Company and a
fresh certificate of incorporation consequent to the change in
the name to "MICRO FORGE (INDIA) LIMITED" was obtained on 8th
January, 1993, from the Registrar of Companies,
Gujarat, Ahmedabad.

The Company installed a 4800 MT capacity Closed Die Forging Shop
and commenced its commercial production in the month of May,
1890 The Company has completed 4 years of operations and has
attained a satisfactory level of performance and profitability.
The existing project has been set up at an outlay of Rs.143.37
Laos. The company is presently manufacturing a range of Diesel
Engine Forged Components, Forged Flanges and Fittings at its
existing factory located at Veraval (Shapar), Taluka
Koldasangani, District Rajkot (GUJARAT).
