present engaged in the business of Hire Purchase, Lease
Financing and Bills Discounting.

could mobilise in a short span or 9 months fixed deposits
from the public to the extent of Rs. 64 lakhs. Though the
company is new, the group companies namely, Mohan Breweries
& Distilleries Ltd. and Thirumagal Mills Ltd. are well
established in business and as such it would derive
benefits from the business contacts established by these
companies.

The company with a paid up capital of Rs. 219 lakhs and a
deposit base of Rs. 64 lakhs is at present actively engaged
in the business of Hire Purchase, Leasing and Bill
discounting.
