Subsequently, pursuant to a special resolution passed by the Shareholders at their Extraordinary General Meeting held on May 23, 2024, our Company was converted from a Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company and consequently, the name of our Company was changed to ÂParamount Syntex Limited and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent to Conversion was issued on July 18, 2024 by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai.
