Precious Trading and Investments Ltd. (PTIL), a company incorporated under the
provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 in the year 1993, are the part of Sheth Group of
Companies. PTIL is engaged in the business of Trading and Investments activities.

PTIL is a subsidiary of Sheth Developers Private Limited (SDPL). SDPL is a
flagship company of the Sheth Group, Mumbai. SDPL is engaged in Real Estate
Development in Mumbai and suburban area since 1993.

PTIL has an associate Company i.e. Sheth Developers and Realtors (India) Ltd.
which has developed 9.1 Lakhs sq. Ft. Shopping Mall cum Entertainment centre at
Thane. 100% of the area has been leased with some of the leading retailers of India,
i.e. Shoppers Stop, Hyper City and Cinepolis etc.

2004

-Precious Trading & Investments Ltd has informed that Brass Tacks Securities Pvt. Ltd.
has become a wholly owned subsidiary of the company, with immediate effect upon the investment of 100% shareholding in Brass Tacks Securities Pvt. Ltd.

2011

-Registered Office of the Company has been shifted From 11 Von Palace, Next to Dena Bank M. G. Road, Kandivali (W), Mumbai - 67 To Sheth House,Next to Dindoshi Fire Station,Opp. Oberoi Mall, Gen A K Vaidya Marg Malad (E), Mumbai - 400097.
