The Company was incorporated as Pushpanjali Realms and Infratech Private Limited under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 vide certificate of incorporation dated July 12, 2013 in Haridwar, Uttarakhand. Subsequently, the name of the company was changed to Pushpanjali Realms and Infratech Limited pursuant to conversion into a public company vide shareholderÂs approval dated May 27, 2016 and vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated July 15, 2016.
The registered office of the company is situated at Nath House, Devpura, Haridwar- 249401, Uttarakhand, India.

KEY EVENTS AND MILESTONES IN THE HISTORY OF THE COMPANY :

2013

-The Company was incorporated as Pushpanjali Realms and Infratech Private Limited.

2014

-Launch of ÂUpscale LivingÂ a residential project under the brand name of Pushpanjali.

2015

-Second Project launched namely ÂEminenet HeightsÂ in Dehardun, Uttarakhand.

-Third Project launched namely ÂOrchid ParkÂ in Dehardun, Uttarakhand.

2016

-Completion of "Upscale Living"

-The Company was converted into Public Limited Company vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated July 15, 2016.
