The company was incorporated on 30th June, 1994 as a Public Limited Company under the name of Pushpsons Industries Limited. The company has its registered office at F-90/3A, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-I, New Delhi -110020 and is registered with the Registrar of Companies. NCT of Delhi and Haryana at New Delhi. The company received the certificate of commencement of business on the 27th of July, 1994. Since incorporation the company has acquired the land required for setting up the factory for the manufacture of cotton grey fabrics, at Plot No.1, Sector Surajpur Bypass Industrial area, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad. U.P., vide possession certificate No. Engg/95/C-178/369 dated 24.3.95. The company received approval from the Government of India, Ministry of Industry, Department of Industrial Development, Secretariat for Industrial Approvals, EOU Section for setting up an 100% EOU. The company has also received a sanction from the Bank of Tokyo for a long term loan amounting to Rs. 249 lacs and for a Short term working fund-overdraft/cash credit amounting to Rs.100 lacs.

The company is setting up a 100% EOU for the production of cotton grey fabrics in the industrial estate of Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, U.P. The project has an installed capacity of 22.36 lac metres per annum of cotton grey fabrics which will be produced on 20 imported Air Jet
looms.
