Our Company was originally incorporated as a Private limited company in the name of ÂQuanto Agroworld Private LimitedÂ, under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, with a certificate of incorporation issued by the Deputy Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre, for and on behalf of the Jurisdictional Registrar of the Companies, on March 21, 2018. Subsequently, our Company was converted from a private limited company to a public limited company, pursuant to a special resolution passed in the extraordinary general meeting by our Shareholders held on July 31, 2023, and consequently, the name of our Company was changed to ÂQuanto Agroworld LimitedÂ, and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion from private company to public company dated September 07, 2023, was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai to our Company. The Corporate Identity Number of our Company is U01100MH2018PLC306927.
