Reliance Home Finance Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

Reliance Home Finance was incorporated in Mumbai, the State of Maharashtra on June 5, 2008 with the RoC as 'Reliance Homes Finance Pvt. Ltd.' Our Company Later changed its name from "reliance Homes Finance Pvt. Ltd" to "Reliance Home Finance Pvt. Ltd." on March 26, 2009. Our Company was issued Certificate of Registration to carry on the business of a housing finance institution without accepting public deposits by the National Housing Bank, initially on January 6, 2009 and later on due to change in name, a fresh Certificate of Registration was issued on April 27, 2009. Subsequently, Out Company converted itself from Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company and consequently, the name was changed from "Reliance Home Finance Pvt. Ltd." to "Reliance Home Finance Ltd.". Our Company has received the fresh Certificate of incorporation dated March 27, 2012 from RoC and a fresh Certificate of Registration was issue on July 16, 2012 by the National Housing Bank.
