Our Company was incorporated as ÂShivchem Agro Private Limited under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, pursuant to certificate of incorporation dated September 12, 2021 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre. Upon the conversion of our Company into a public limited company, pursuant to a resolution passed by our Board on October 22, 2024 and by our Shareholders on October 22, 2024, the name of our Company was changed to ÂShivchem Agro Limited and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated November 19, 2024 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre bearing Corporate Identity Number U24290DL2021PLC386444.

- Our Company received manufacturing license from the Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Haryana, for manufacturing 35 license products.

- Our Company received manufacturing license from the Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Haryana, for manufacturing 232 license products.
- Our Company onboarded 21 Distributors across various states in India.
2024
- Our Company received manufacturing license from the Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Haryana, for manufacturing 258 license products.
- The Distributors of our Company across various states in India increased to 185.
- Our Company was converted into Public Limited Company vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated November 19, 2024
2025
- The Distributors of our Company across various states in India increased to 516.
2026
- The Distributors of our Company across various states in India increased to 685.
