Our Company was incorporated as an unlisted public limited company under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated February 11, 2022, issued by the RoC, Central Registration Centre at Manesar, Haryana, bearing Corporate Identity Number ÂU17299RJ2022PLC079631Â. Thereafter, our Company filed a declaration of commencement of business in form INC 20A with the RoC on February 24, 2022, and commenced its business operations.

- Our Company was incorporated as a public limited company.

- Strategic acquisition of a running processing unit of Sona Processors (India) Limited as a going concern on a slump sale basis.

2024

- Received CTO for increase in our production capacity from 54 million meter per annum to 82.44 million meter per annum.

- Our Company crossed ?1,000.00 million revenue mark.

2025

- Our Company crossed ?3,000.00 million revenue mark.

- Incorporation of our Subsidiary namely Sionnah Enterprises Private Limited
