The company got its registration as NBFC from Reserve Bank of India on 25-11-2002 vide Registration No. B-14.01176. The Company is a Category B -Non-Banking Financial Company engaged in the business of providing loans and Finance to firms, bodies corporate etc.Â

The Company have more than 13 years of working experience as a Non Banking Financial Company (non accepting deposit from the public). The main object of the company is to carry on the business of financial leasing and hiring, financial and investment consultancy, etc.Â
