Our Company was incorporated as a Private Limited Company in the name ÂSpectraA Technology Solutions Private LimitedÂ, under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated January 20, 2009, issued by the Registrar of Companies Bangalore, Karnataka. Subsequently, pursuant to a special resolution passed by the shareholders of our company in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on January 13, 2021, our Company was converted from a Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company and consequently, the name of our Company was changed to ÂSpectraA Technology Solutions Limited and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent to conversion was issued on February 01, 2021, by the Registrar of Companies, Bangalore. The Corporate Identification Number of the Company is U74999KA2009PLC048905.
