TPI India Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

The Company was incorporated as a Private Limited Company as "Tarapur Packaging Industries Pvt.Ltd." on 14th April,1982 and Ã¬subsequently took over the business of Tarapur packaging Ã¬Industries.

It was converted into a Public Limited Company on 22nd October, 1990 and a fresh certificate of Incorporation consequent to change of name to "TPI India Limited" was obtained on 23rd October, 1990. The Company has been promoted by Shri Hasmukh C.Parekh and his family.

The Company was incorporated with the object of entering into the fields of manufacture of containers, packages and packaging Ã¬material.

The Company has entered into an agreement with BULK LIFT INTERNATIONAL INC., USA for technical know-how for the manufacture of Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers (FIBC).

M/s Bulk Lift International Inc., USA, one of the largest American FIBC manufacturers has 4 plants in USA and 1 in Jamaica Ã¬and is considered one of the leaders in the field.
