Trombo Extractions Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

M/s Rajani extractions Ltd. is a public limited company incorporated on 25th June, 1992 under the Companies Act, 1956 and obtained the Certificate of Commencement of Business on 4th September, 1992 from the Registrar of Companies, Madhya Pradesh, Gwalior. The Company entered into Partnership with M/s Rajani Extractions, Indore w.e.f. 31st July, 1992 for setting up a Solvent Extraction Plant. The said partnership was subsequently dissolved and the other partners retired from the partnership vide dissolution deed dated 28th February, 1993. Presently, the Company is the sole proprietor of the firm/unit and completing erection of Solvent Extraction Plant with 200 TPD Capacity for Processing of Soyabean, Rapeseed and other minor oil seeds and oil cakes at 18-C, Tejpur Bridge, Agra Bombay Road, Indore (MP).

The Company is promoted by Rajani family of Indore.
