UBE Industries Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

The Company was incorporated on 31st January, 1985 as a Public
Limited Company with the Registrar of Companies, Andhra Pradesh
State, Hyderabad in the name Weldflux Engineering Limited and
obtained certificate of commencement of business on 18th May,
1985. The company has changed its name to Welflux India Ltd. and
obtained fresh certificate of incorporation as on 17th June,
1991.
The project will be implemented in technical collaboration with
Trefileries Et Ateliers De Commercy, popularly known as COMMERCY
SOUDURE of France. The company has also entered into an
agreement for buy back of 80% of the production with the
collaborator for a period of ten years which can be further
extended for another ten years.

The company has been promoted by technocrat entrepreneur Shri S
Vijaya Bhaskar who is a Diploma Mechanical Engineer, and post
Graduate in Quantitative Techniques.
Mr S Vijaya Bhaskar holds directorship in M/s. Shanti Bindu
Leathers (P) Ltd., and M/s. Krishnakoti Technologists (P) Ltd.
Both companies have business of Leather Products and expected to
start their operations very shortly.
