Valley Abrasives Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

The Company was incorporated on March 5,1991 as a Public limited Company in the name and style of Valley Abrasives Limited in the State of West Bengal. The certificate of commencement of business was obtained from the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal, on February 21, 1992.

Valley Abrasives Ltd. (VAL) has been promoted by Shri Bajrang Prasad Agarwal and Shri Deepak Agrawal. The unit has been set up in Chirkunda for manufacturing high quality Abrasive Grains with an installed capacity of 11,000 T.P.A. (which will generate 1910 T.P.A. of Fines as a by product). These grains are used in the manufacture of Refractory Bricks Mullite Bricks and Abrasives.
