Vishal Nirmiti Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

Our Company was incorporated as a private limited company under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 on June 30, 1994 at Bombay, Maharashtra as “Sejal Farms Private Limited” pursuant to a certificate of incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, Bombay at Maharashtra. Pursuant to a special resolution passed by the Shareholders on April 06, 2004, the Company changed its name to “Vinamra Trading Company Private Limited” and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation was issued on April 13, 2004 by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra at Pune. Thereafter, on January 20, 2005 our Company changed its named to “Vishal Nirmiti Private Limited”, and a fresh certificate of incorporation was issued on February 14, 2005 by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra at Pune. Subsequently, pursuant to a special resolution passed by our Shareholders at an extra-ordinary general meeting held on August 20, 2025, our Company was converted from a private limited company to a public limited company and the name of our Company was changed to “Vishal Nirmiti Limited” and fresh certificate of incorporation consequent to change of name was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre on September 12, 2025.

2007

- Strategic consolidation of operations by amalgamating key group companies Marathwada Prestress Private Limited, Permanent Prestress Private Limited and Prestress (India) Private Limited and our Company.

- Undertook a city slum rehabilitation project comprising the construction of 1,568 tenements for slum dwellers, and entered into slum rehabilitation projects as a sub-contractor, thereby expanding the company’s footprint in civil construction.

- Commenced onsite manufacturing of MS pipes with automated longitudinal submerged arc welding, enhancing project execution capabilities for large-diameter pipelines.

- Commissioning and setting up of the 600 kW Wind Turbine Generator (Windmill) at Sangli, Maharashtra and supply of electricity to Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL)

2008

- Strategic consolidation of operations by amalgamating key group companies CCI Prestress Ties Private Limited and our Company, thereby acquiring the manufacturing unit in located at Lalkaun, Uttarakhand crucial to supply railway sleepers to the North Eastern Railway region of the country.

2009

- Entered in to a Memorandum of Understanding to acquire the concrete sleeper plant, ongoing contracts, and related assets from M/s Khemchand, expanding our presence and capacity in the railway sleeper manufacturing division.

2023

- Commenced a major contract for manufacturing of precast noise barriers and cable ducts for Larsen & Toubro Limited for a High Speed Rail Corridor at our newly established Nadiad facility in Gujarat.

2024

- Received a purchase order from Larsen & Toubro Limited for fabrication, supply, and erection of hydro-mechanical structures, including gates, hoists, trestles, and ancillary steel works, for a 1680 MW pumped storage hydro mechanical project at Kemla, Madhya Pradesh.
