YEAR EVENTS
1990 - The Company was incorporated as a Private Limited Company on 5th January.
It was converted into Public Limited Company vide special resolution passed on
3rd June 1992 and subsequently the change of name certificate was issued by the
Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra on 18th June 1992.

- For the purpose of better, efficient and economical management, control and running
of the business and for administrative convenience and to obtain advantage of economics
of scale and for future growth and expansion, Move Lamicote Pvt Ltd, anexisting running
group Company having plants for manufacturing release papers at Vasai and for
manufacturing label stock at Palghar, was amalgamated with the Company with
effect from 30th June 1992.

1994 - The Company came out with the Public Issue of Rs. 30,50,000 No. of Equity Shares of
Rs. 10/- each at par aggregating to Rs. 3,05,00,000/- in the month of August.

1995 - The Company has entered into Joint Venture with M/s. L M T Technology, Germany for
manufacturing Carbonless paper and Water Based Coated inks.

- Smt. Neela S. Mody was appointed as Whole-Time Director of the Company for a
period of 5 years from 11th February, to 10th February, 2000.

1997 - Under the circumstances the management was left with no other alternative but to
declare lockout in factory w.e.f. 10th May. The Company has restarted the operation
w.e.f. 1st July, with the help of some of the existing staffs and new recruitments.

2000

-The name of Company has been change from Dhara Packaging Limited to Watson Software Ltd.

-The Company has entered into tripartite agreement with CDSL , NSDL and Datamatics Financial Software Ser. Ltd. (R & T Agents).

2004

-The Company has successfully completed the work for animation project for M/s Krijal Software Ltd & M/s Microcity Ltd & M/s Pis Systech Ltd, the leading in custom based software and consultancy.

2018

-The Company Won Leading E-Bike Manufacturer Award 2019, by Pride of Gujarat

2021

-Wardwizard Set Up New Global Headquarters in Vadodara.

2022

-The Company Creating Global Footprint- Setting up Global R&D Centre, Sales Office in Singapore

2023

-The Company Commencing operations on the in-house Battery Assembly Line, with a capacity of 1 GWh per year.
