The Company was originally incorporated as Advance Syntex Private Limited on September 21, 1990 under the provisions of Companies Act, 1956 with Registrar of Companies, Dadra & Nagar Haveli, Gujarat, vide registration no. 014406 (CIN:U17119GJ1990PTC014406), Further pursuant to Shareholders resolution passed at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on October 24, 2015, The Company was converted into a public limited company and the name was changed to ''Advance Syntex Limited'' and subsequent to conversion a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated November 23, 2015 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad.
