Alpine Texworld Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

Our Company was originally incorporated as ‘Alpine Spinweave Private Limited’ as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 2013 pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated February 26, 2016 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad. Subsequently, our Company was converted from a private limited company to a public limited company, pursuant to resolution passed by our Board of Directors in their meeting held on October 16, 2024 and special resolution passed by our Shareholders in the EGM held on November 7, 2024, and the name of our Company was changed to ‘Alpine Spinweave Limited’ and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated December 16, 2024 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre. Thereafter, our Company changed its name to align with the Promoters vision with the objects of our Company for undertaking diversified operations across the textile industry from its existing spinning and weaving activities, pursuant to a resolution passed by our Board of Directors in their meeting held on January 08, 2025 and special resolution passed by our Shareholders in the EGM held on January 13, 2025 from Alpine Spinweave Limited’ to ‘Alpine Texworld Limited’ and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated February 10, 2025 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre.

2015

- Our Company was incorporated on February 26, 2016, under the name and style of ‘Alpine Spinweave Private Limited’.

2017

- Installed 48 airjet looms for manufacturing of Grey Fabric with an installed capacity of 77.50 Lacs meter per annum and Sizing facility with installed capacity of 6650 metric tons per annum at Manufacturing Unit 1.

2018

- Installed 64 airjet looms for manufacturing of Grey Fabric with an installed capacity of 102.50 Lacs meter per annum at Manufacturing Unit 1.

- The turnover of our Company crossed ? 100 crores.

2021

- The turnover of our Company crossed ? 200 crores.

2023

- Installed rooftop solar facility with a capacity of 820 KW at Manufacture Unit 1 (Solar Unit 1).

2024

- Converted from a private limited company to public limited company

- Installed the open ended spinning unit for manufacturing of Yarn at Manufacturing Unit 2 with an installed capacity of 6000.00 metric tons per annum.

- Installed ground mounted solar facility with capacity of 5.4 megawatts under the solar power project at Solar Unit 2.

- Our Company changed its name from Alpine Spinweave Limited to Alpine Texworld Limited.

- Our Company has made an investment in Alpine Cottweave LLP during the Financial Year

- Pursuant to a Third Supplemental Agreement to the LLP Agreement dated October 29, 2024, our Company acquired 97.00% of share in profit/loss of Alpine Cottweave LLP.

2025

- Installed rooftop solar facility with a capacity of 475 KW at Manufacturing Unit 2 (Solar Unit 3).

2026

- Installed ground mounted solar facility with capacity of 3.6 megawatts under the solar power project at Solar Unit 2.
