Crayons Advertising Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

Our Company was originally incorporated on July 3, 1986 as a Private Limited Company as ÂCrayons Advertising and Marketing Private LimitedÂ vide Registration No. 24711 under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 with the Registrar of Companies, Delhi and Haryana. Thereafter following amendments in the Name took place:

KEY EVENTS AND MILESTONES:

1986Â

Incorporation of our Company as a private limited company with the name of ÂCrayons Advertising and Marketing Private LimitedÂ with the motive to provide advertising media services consisting of Print media, electronic media, outdoor media services and events.

1997Â

Opened the branch office in Chandigarh.

1999Â

Opened the branch office in Mumbai.

2001Â

Change of name of Company from ÂCrayons Advertising and Marketing Private LimitedÂ to ÂCrayons Advertising Private LimitedÂ.

2014Â

Adoption of Articles of Association of the company, while in transition from Companies Act,1956 to Companies Act,2013.

2015Â

Â Crayons has been honoured with Dainik Bhaskar Ink Awards 2014 ÂAwarded by Delhi Traffic Police

Â ÂBest Agency Servicing Healthcare IndustryÂ and also ÂBest Marketing CampaignÂ received from Healthcare Leadership Awards Â India.

2016Â

Crayons has been honoured following awards-

Â Award for Excellence at OTM, Mumbai, 2015

Â Award for Excellence at Travel & Tourism Fair (TTF), Ahmedabad, 2015 & 2016.
