The Company was incorporated as Crown Lifters Private Limited under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 vide certificate of incorporation dated December 27, 2002.the Company was converted into a Public Limited Company in pursuance of a special resolution passed by the members of the Company at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on June 07, 2016. The registered office of the company is situated at104, Raheja Plaza, Shah Industrial Estate, Veera Desai Road, Andheri (W), Mumbai Â 400053, Maharashtra, India.

2002

-The company was incorporated as Crown Lifters Private Limited. (Partnership Firm was converted into Private Limited Company)

2012

-Crane and More Mumbai Private Limited amalgamated with the company vide Order of Hon'ble High Cthet of Judicature at Mumbai dated September 14, 2012, effective from September 30, 2012.

2016

-The Company was converted into Public Limited Company.

-Split of Equity Shares of Rs. 100/- each in to Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each.

-Issue of bonus shares in ration of 2:1 to the shareholders.

2021

-The Company has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 4:1.
