Pilani, Director of the Company has resigned with immediate effect. 3. Shri Ranju R. Pilani has been appointed as Additional Director (Finance & Marketing) 4. Shri Rishi R Pilani has been appointed as Additional Director (Technical)5. Shri Shankarmal G Pilani, Chairman, Appointed as Managing Director of the Company.
