Subsequently, pursuant to a special resolution passed by the Shareholders at their Extraordinary General Meeting held on December 12, 2022 the Company was converted from a Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company and consequently, the name of the Company was changed to ‘Krishca Strapping Steel Solutions Limited’ and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent to Conversion was issued on December 29, 2022 by the Registrar of Companies, Chennai. The Corporate Identification Number of the Company is U74999TN2017PLC119939.
