1993 - The company was converted to a Public Limited Company.

2007 - Company had received ISO 9001:2000 certification.

- Board of directors of the company had decided to make re listing application for 74,200 equity shares, which were forfeited in the financial year 2002-03 and reissued and allotted on September 25, 2007.

- The board allotted 1,24,500 shares to Bio Pace Technology Inc USA after obtaining approval from FIPB Ministry of Finance, Government of India.
