Sri Jayalakshmi Spinning Mills Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

Sri Jayalakshmi Spinning Mills Limited (SJSML) was
incorporated on 18th April, 1994 as a limited Company under
the Companies Act, 1956. The Company got Certificate of
Commencement of Business on 28th April, 1994 under Section
149(3) of the Companies Act, 1956.

MAIN OBJECTS OF THE COMPANY

The main objects of the Company as stated in the Memorandum
of Association in brief are

1. To carry on the business of ginning, pressing, weaving,
bleaching, dyeing, knitting, printing and processing of
cotton, silk, wool, rayon, jute, natural and synthetic
fibre substitutes of all kinds.

2. To carry on the business of manufacturing and dealing in
all kinds of cloth fabrics, garments, furnishers, dresses,
hosiery goods made out of synthetic, jute, cellulose fibre,
silk, woollen, and Rayon.

3. To carry on the business of buying, selling, importing
and exporting of all kinds of cotton, silk, Rayon, Jute and
synthetic Fibre, blended yarns, hosiery goods, garments,
furnishings, dyes, powders, bleaching materials, welding
flux, resins, chemicals and other processing/printing
materials.

4. To carry on the business of manufacturing all types of
machinery, equipments, parts, tools, spindles, rings,
bearing inserts, and other items required for textile
mills.
