VAMA INDUSTRIES LIMITED, a public listed company on the Bombay Stock Exchange, stands as a CMMI Level 3 certified entity with ISO certifications (ISO 27001:2022, ISO 20000-1:2018, ISO 9001:2015,), NSIC, and STPI compliance.

VAMA is a System Integrator providing solutions to Space and Defence customers and also supporting Cloud Projects. The Company has also been supporting High Performing Computing Services and cloud services which are in high demand globally. company have already done few projects in the cloud space.

Company has won and Completed Open Stack Cloud Project from Defence, and has been implementing projects all over India for Defence, Space and C-DAC sectors and is taking up turnkey projects. With the growth in Space and Defence sectors we are confident that we will continue to get opportunities to work on major turnkey projects.

2003

- Members approved unanimously the scheme of amalgamation of Vama Infotech Pvt Ltd with the company.

2005

-Vama Industries Ltd has entered into Memorandum of Undertaking with Hinode Technologies Pvt Ltd

-Vama Industries enters into MoU with Votivesoft Business Solutions

2006

-Company has changed its name from Sanjeevni Industries Ltd. to Vama Industries Ltd.

-Vama Industries Ltd Issues Rights in the Ratio of 2:1

2011

-Registered Office of the Company has been shifted To 8-3-191/147/24, Ground Floor, B-12, Madhura Nagar, Hyderabad 500038, A.P, India.

2012

-Board has recommended dividend @ 1%.

2013

-Board has recommended a final dividend of Re. 0.10/- per share i.e. @1% on the equity share capital of the Company.

2014

-Board has recommended a dividend of Re. 0.10/- per share i.e. @1% on the equity share capital of the Company for the year 2014.

2017

-Vama Industries Ltd has been awarded 'Landmark Customer win of the year' in DELL EMC India partner Summit 2017 held in Monaco.
