Yatharth Hospital & Trauma Care Services Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

Our Company was incorporated as ‘Yatharth Hospital & Trauma Care Services Private Limited’ in Delhi as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated February 28, 2008, issued by the RoC. Pursuant to a special resolution passed by our Shareholders on November 3, 2021, our Company was converted into a public limited company and consequently, the name of our Company was changed to ‘Yatharth Hospital & Trauma Care Services Limited’ and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated November 18, 2021 was issued by the RoC.

Major events and milestones:

2010 

- Established our first hospital (i.e., Greater Noida Hospital)

2013

- Established our second hospital (i.e., Noida Hospital)

2019

-Commenced operations at our third hospital (i.e., Noida Extension Hospital) which was acquired in 2016

pursuant to acquisition of our Subsidiary, AKS

2022

-Acquired fourth hospital (i.e., Jhansi-Orchha Hospital) pursuant to acquisition of our Subsidiary, Ramraja.

-Acquisition of 60% Equity Share in MGS Infotech Research and Solutions Private Limited.
