Endurance Technologies Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

The Company was originally incorporated as a private limited company at Mumbai under the name of ÂEndurance Suspension Systems (India) Private LimitedÂ under the Companies Act, 1956 and received a certificate of incorporation dated December 27, 1999. As of the date of this Red Herring Prospectus, the name of the Company is Endurance Technologies Limited, which was pursuant to a fresh certificate of incorporation dated May 31, 2016.
