2017 -Company name has changed to Amaze Entertech Ltd. from Bell Agromachina Ltd..
2020 -Company name has changed to Balu Forge Industries Ltd. from Amaze Entertech Ltd..
2021 -Balu Forge signs MoU with Govt. of Karnataka.
2023 -Balu Forge set up new manufacturing facility in Belgaum. -Balu Forge new manufacturing consist production for defence production unit, dedicated railway wheel & axle with key emphasis on the components for the new energy & mobility industry. -Balu Forge will focus on building key expertise in fuel agnostic systems & components as to further widen & balance the overall product mix.
2024 -The Company Acquisition and introduction of 7 Axis CNC machining capability.
2025 -Launched 100% Make-in-India Automated Empty Shell Production Line.
