Our Company is also engaged in manufacturing of noodle bhujiya and papad. Instant Noodles are pre-cooked noodles, sold in dried blocks with flavouring powder and/or seasoning oil. The “instant” aspect comes from the fact that they only require hot water to rehydrate and cook, significantly reducing preparation time compared to traditional noodles. Thereafter, our ... Company was converted from a private limited company to public limited company pursuant to special resolution passed in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of the company dated October 16, 2023 and consequently, the name of our Company was changed from “Astron Multigrain Private Limited” to “Astron Multigrain Limited” and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated October 31, 2023 was issued to our Company by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad.
