Blue Water Logistics was thereafter converted from a Partnership Firm to Private Limited company under Part I chapter XXI of ... the Companies Act, 2013 with the name and style of “Blue Water Logistics Private Limited” and received a certificate of incorporation from the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre dated August 22, 2022. Subsequently, our Company was converted into Public Limited Company and name of Company was changed from “Blue Water Logistics Private Limited” to “Blue Water Logistics Limited” pursuant to a special resolution passed at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of our Company held on May 30, 2024 and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated July 25, 2024 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre.
