Chandigarh. Subsequently, our Company was converted into a Public Limited Company vide Special Resolution passed by the Shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting, held on December 14, 2024, and Consequently the name of our Company was changed from “Logiciel Solutions Private Limited” to “Logiciel Solutions Limited” vide a fresh certificate of incorporation dated January 31, 2025, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Chandigarh bearing CIN U72900PB2011PLC035275.
