Subsequently, our Company was converted into a Public Limited Company pursuant to a shareholders resolution passed at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on June 18, 2018, and the name of our Company was changed from “NIS Management Private Limited” to “NIS Management Limited” vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated June 27, 2018 having CIN U74920WB2006PLC108679 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Kolkata.
