Subsequently, the Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to special resolution passed at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on December 30, 2016 and the name of the Company was changed to Bhakti Gems And Jewellery Limited and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated January 18, 2017 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad. The Corporate Identification Number is U36910GJ2010PLC060064. The Promoters of the Company are Akshay S. Mehta and Varshaben A. Mehta. The Company is the manufacturer, wholesaler and supplier of gold jewellery and is headquartered at Ahmedabad, Gujarat. the Company is mainly focused on traditional Indian jewellery. the products include handmade gold jewellery studded with precious and semi precious stones such as diamond, ruby, cubic zirconia (cz) etc. The jewelleries are designed by us and manufactured on job work basis at Ahmedabad, Rajkot and Mumbai.
